What’s the secret to being a great leader?

Being a great leader is all about coaching. The goal is to have a strong team that knows what to do and when to do it.

Our Founder and CEO, Sam Caucci, got together with some of the most successful and influential coaches for a webinar called “Coach to Win: 3 Keys Talent Leaders Need to Know From the World’s Best Coaches.” He was joined by Christian Webster (Assistant Basketball Coach at Virginia Tech), Tommy Moffitt (Head Strength Conditioning Coach at LSU), and Nancy Lieberman (Broadcaster for the Oklahoma City Thunder, Basketball Hall of Famer, and Former WNBA Player + NBA Coach) who each shared their keys to being a successful leader, how to deal with failure, and how to motivate your entire team.

A team is only as strong as their coach. Behind every great team is a great coach.

And our guests know a thing or two about coaching and…winning.
