WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

The foundation of MasterCoach is our 20+ years of practical experience developing managers into high-impact coaches. And, we even had some of the world's greatest coaches and learning experts help, from Dr. Jerry Lynch who's worked with Steve Kerr, Phil Jackson, and Kobe Bryant to Patrice Bain, author of Powerful Teaching: Unleash the Science of Learning.

The program will be focused around these 3 major topics:

  • Phase 1 | How Learning Works: What are the keys to making learning (really) stick?
  • Phase 2 | Program Design: Design a 52-week training program.
  • Phase 3 | Coaching 101: Be a coach.
